Requirements
Must:
- Deep technical expertise across SAN, NAS, and object storage
- Proven hands-on experience with Pure Storage FlashArray and Evergreen solutions
- Experience in enterprise SAN and NAS migrations
- Familiarity with VMware virtualized environments
- Knowledge of storage replication and migration technologies
- Strong understanding of NFS, SMB/CIFS protocols
- Knowledge of file permissions and access control
- Understanding of authentication and identity mechanisms in enterprise environments
- Pure Certified Migration Specialist or equivalent (highly desirable)
- Working knowledge of ITIL and/or COBIT
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver complex enterprise data migration initiatives from legacy storage platforms to Pure Storage solutions
- Define migration strategy and oversee execution with minimal downtime and zero data loss
- Act as a trusted technical authority throughout the migration lifecycle
- Provide assurance to stakeholders regarding operational stability during migrations
- Document migration processes and produce comprehensive technical reports
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, outlining project progress and addressing concerns
