Requirements
Must:
- 8 years of experience in workplace engineering or a similar role
- Expertise in designing and implementing enterprise collaboration platforms like Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Strong background in architecting secure and scalable solutions with cloud services such as Azure and AWS
- Proficient in endpoint management, patching, and device lifecycle strategies
- Knowledge of security features including DLP, Safe Links, and Defender for Office 365
- Experience with Zero Trust principles and privileged access management
- Familiarity with email protection systems like Proofpoint and compliance protocols such as DKIM, SPF, DMARC
- Skills in automating workflows with PowerShell and Azure Automation
- Proficiency in identity and access management tools including Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, and SSO
- Ability to provide Tier III support and manage complex escalations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience mentoring and training junior engineers
