Requirements

Must:
- I require a candidate with a minimum of 8 years of experience as a Senior Workplace Engineer. - Knowledge and experience in designing and deploying enterprise collaboration platforms, particularly Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive are essential. - Proficiency in architecting secure and scalable workplace solutions with the integration of cloud services, including Azure and AWS. - Familiarity with security features like DLP, Safe Links, and Defender for Office 365 is mandatory, along with a strong understanding of Zero Trust principles and privileged access management. - Experience in email protection systems (e.g., Proofpoint) and compliance protocols such as DKIM, SPF, and DMARC is also required. - I look for a proven ability to automate onboarding/offboarding workflows using PowerShell and Azure Automation. - A solid understanding of identity and access management, particularly with Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, and SSO is necessary. - Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to provide Tier III support and serve as a point of escalation for complex issues. - I expect strong collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Security, Infrastructure, and Legal.

Responsibilities

- You will be responsible for the architecture and implementation of enterprise collaboration platforms that enhance employee productivity and collaboration. - Your job will include designing and deploying secure workplace solutions and implementing endpoint management and device lifecycle strategies. - You will configure and manage security features as well as enforce compliance with security protocols. - Your role will involve automating processes to optimize our workplace engineering practices and mentoring junior engineers. - Additionally, you will lead deskside and remote support initiatives, ensuring high customer satisfaction while maintaining and updating technical documentation and knowledge base articles. - As a senior analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

- This position is based in London, United Kingdom, with a mandatory requirement to be onsite 5 days a week. - The contract duration is for 4-5 months, with the possibility of renewal based on performance and business needs. - We are looking for a candidate who can bridge physical and digital workspaces and ensure seamless integration of tools, platforms, and infrastructure across the enterprise.
