Requirements
Must:
- 12 years of CRM experience
- Minimum of 3 years in public sector or Energy & Utilities Services domain
- Experience with PSS cloud; GDS understanding is a plus
- CRM/Salesforce solution experience is a plus
- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes
- Capability to integrate business processes across disparate systems
- Detail-oriented with rapid learning ability for new concepts, business models, and technologies
- Solid verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate as part of a team
- Comfort with complex business requirements and configuration
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Trusted Digital Transformation Advisor for our customers
- Lead business process innovation workshops
- Conduct business process redesign and roadmap planning
- Identify touch points in multi-cloud implementations
- Assess customer business requirements and co-create their future vision
- Provide input on customer target architecture, phasing, and transition architecture
- Offer expertise to define solutions on the Salesforce 360 platform
- Collaborate with clients to build their CRM strategy and roadmap
- Enable both quick wins and longer-term strategic goals leveraging Salesforce solutions
- Work with Technical Architects and project teams to determine solution details
- Review and guide on design and infrastructure blueprints
- Identify and communicate potential issues or risks
- Stay updated on industry trends and Salesforce solutions
