Requirements
Must:
- 10 years of experience in enterprise engineering, preferably in AI-driven environments
- Expertise in a range of programming languages, tools, and technologies
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS
- Strong knowledge of API integration
- Proven track record of delivering high-value products in large, complex organizations, ideally FTSE100 Group enterprises or similar
- Experience in developing, testing, and deploying data solutions into production environments
- Familiarity with airline or logistics data domains is a plus
- Significant experience in similar roles with a proven ability to integrate quickly into new teams
- Willingness to co-locate with BA teams in London
- Prepared to travel internationally during later stages for group-wide deployment
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-value engineering solutions in AI-driven environments
- Collaborate closely with BA teams to ensure product alignment and functionality
- Integrate complex data solutions within production environments ensuring reliability, scalability, and maintainability
- Facilitate communication and knowledge transfer within the team to enhance team performance
- Manage API integration and development processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering practice
- Travel internationally as needed to support deployments across various locations
