Requirements
Must:
- 2-5 years experience supporting ERP systems (preferably IFS)
- Familiarity with Crystal Reports, SQL, database query tools and system integrations
- Basic understanding of APIs, middleware or data integration tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong training and documentation ability.
Responsibilities
- Support, administer, maintain, optimize and configure the UK IFS ERP System
- Lead and mentor a procurement team, including training, coaching, and conducting appraisals
- Act as a key contact for technical and functional IFS ERP system across the business
- Manage daily IFS ERP maintenance and operations, including user accounts and security settings
- Oversee data import and exports, updates, and data cleansing
- Lead module deployments and upgrades, supporting ERP implementation including testing and rollouts
- Provide end-user training and create user guides while maintaining technical documentation
- Conduct ongoing review and streamlining of processes
- Work closely with IT to coordinate integration with IFS and other company systems
- Provide management and analytical reports.
Description
We are a superb client based in Huntingdon, seeking an experienced ERP Manager to join our team on a full-time permanent basis, working from 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
