Requirements
Must:

Responsibilities
As the Head of Tech & Data, I will prioritize technology and data as core pillars of our business strategy. My responsibilities include:
- Business Intelligence & Data
- Building and managing a centralized data platform
- Providing dynamic, real-time reporting and analytics
- Leading data governance and integrity initiatives
- Advancing automation and predictive analytics capabilities
- Technology Partnership & Project Delivery
- Acting as a strategic technology partner to business leaders
- Identifying and implementing tech solutions to enhance workflows
- Owning IT projects aligned with our strategic goals and OKRs
- Delivering transformation projects in scope, on time, and within budget
- Systems, Infrastructure & Support
- Owning and optimizing all internal systems for performance and stability
- Managing infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud, and hardware
- Leading responsive IT support aligned with SLAs and user satisfaction
- Maintaining business continuity and disaster recovery plans
- Cybersecurity & Risk
- Leading our cybersecurity strategy and protection measures
- Ensuring GDPR compliance as our designated Data Protection Officer (DPO)
- Assessing and mitigating IT risks; maintaining incident response plans
Description
I am seeking a strategic and visionary leader to spearhead our technology and data strategy during a pivotal period of business transformation, working directly with our Board Director. As the company undergoes significant business changes, it is essential for our technology to support and drive this transformation. My leadership will be crucial for aligning technological advancements with broader business objectives, enabling innovation, and positioning our company for long-term success. Working Hours: 08:00-17:00, Monday – Friday Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire Type: Full-Time, Onsite Reporting to: Board Director Benefits: 25 Days Holiday, Company Pension, Life Assurance, and Car Allowance. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £75,000.00-£80,000.00 per year Additional Benefits: Additional leave, Company pension, Life insurance, and Private medical insurance.
