Requirements
Must:
- A degree level qualification (essential)
- Strong payroll function knowledge
- Strong people function knowledge cutting across transactional and strategic HR business areas (essential)
- Over ten years experience in complex ERP enabled transformation projects/programmes (desirable)
- Experience of managing complex stakeholder landscape (essential)
- Experience of working effectively in a complex third-party supplier landscape (essential)
- Minimum of two Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and/or HCM end-to-end implementation programme experience in large organisations (essential)
- Strong communicator and proficiency in business documentation (essential)
- Proficient in using PowerPoint, Excel, Word (essential)
- Ability to work independently (essential)
Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and HCM projects
- Manage relationships with various stakeholders and third-party suppliers
- Ensure successful end-to-end implementation of payroll and HCM solutions
- Develop and maintain business documentation for projects
- Collaborate with teams to address complex challenges
- Provide ongoing support and management of payroll functions
- Utilize analytical skills to enhance project outcomes
- Work onsite 2/3 days per week in either London or Bristol
Description
We are seeking an Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and HCM Delivery Manager to join our team on a contract basis for an initial period of three months, with the possibility for ongoing work. This role can be based in London or Bristol, with a requirement to be onsite 2 to 3 days per week.
