Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Ten or more years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and HCM technical delivery
- At least five years of demonstrated experience in a lead role
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure certification
- Experience with Oracle Process Automation (OPA)
- At least two full life cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial Management and HCM
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP, HCM, and EPM Cloud technical architecture
- Understanding of UK Gov Cloud hosting, data sovereignty, and compliance standards (NCSC CAF, ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials Plus)
- Strong professional documentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently
Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and HCM projects
- Oversee implementation processes and ensure adherence to best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
- Ensure compliance with data sovereignty and security standards
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Develop and implement strategies for process improvement
