Requirements
Must:
- A degree level qualification (essential)
- Strong payroll function knowledge
- Strong people function knowledge cutting across transactional and strategic HR business areas (essential)
- Over ten years experience in complex ERP enabled transformation projects/programmes (desirable)
- Experience of managing complex stakeholder landscape (essential)
- Experience of working effectively in a complex third-party supplier landscape (essential)
- Minimum of two Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and/or HCM end-to-end implementation programme experience in large organisations (essential)
- Strong communicator and proficiency in business documentation (essential)
- Proficient in using PowerPoint, Excel, Word (essential)
- Ability to work independently (essential)
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage payroll function
- Collaborate with the HR team on strategic initiatives
- Drive ERP transformation projects
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure smooth communication
- Implement and oversee Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and HCM programs
- Create and maintain business documentation
- Provide training and support to team members
- Adapt to working in third-party supplier environments
- Work independently and manage timelines effectively
