Requirements
Must:
- Ability to commute to Swindon
- 1 year of IT support experience (preferred)
- Full UK Driving Licence (required)
- Work authorisation in the United Kingdom
Responsibilities
- Provide meticulous, high quality technical 1st line IT support
- Take ownership of and be fully responsible for assigned projects to the required quality
- Be responsible for configuration and maintenance of IT systems internally
- Be responsible for configuration and maintenance of IT systems externally (for customers)
- Reduce IT security risks and take ownership until resolved
- Provide technical support, forums, and training to customers and colleagues
- Be proactive in mitigating IT issues within our systems and our customers systems
- Update and maintain CRM and PSA systems information
