Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience in software engineering and technical leadership roles, focusing on Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems.
- Working experience in the Onshore-Offshore model.
- Hands-on experience in delivering large transformation projects and working extensively in the Public Service Domain in the UK & Ireland.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle SaaS/PaaS Cloud applications for Finance, SCM, and Procurement business streams.
- Good understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture, modules, and technologies.
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies, including Oracle AFT, Oracle SOA Suite, and Oracle BPM Suite.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- I will lead the implementation team responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Fusion applications.
- I will provide technical leadership and guidance to functional and technical teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- I will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions using Oracle Fusion technologies.
- I will drive innovation and continuous improvements in software development processes, tools, and methodologies.
- I will establish coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes for Oracle Fusion development.
- I will ensure adherence to security standards and compliance requirements in Oracle Fusion applications.
- I will manage the implementation team, ensuring deliverables are presented on time and with quality.
- I will mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and foster a culture of learning and growth.
Description
- Desirable skills/knowledge/experience include Oracle Fusion certifications.
- I seek excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, proficiency in architecting complex solutions, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important, as I need to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
