Requirements
Must:
- Significant experience working within an IT helpdesk or service desk environment
- Demonstrable experience supporting and managing backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Cisco Meraki
- Able to work independently in a demanding environment
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to document procedures clearly and systematically
Responsibilities
- Take a leading role in developing and maintaining our Cisco-based network estate, ensuring our sites stay connected, resilient, and secure.
- Work closely with the Head of IT to strengthen our cyber maturity and operational security.
- Manage and secure our Microsoft 365 environment.
- Implement Network Segmentation and Least Privilege Configuration.
- Assist with Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning with the Head of IT.
- Serve as a senior escalation point for infrastructure and security-related issues, working closely with colleagues to keep services running smoothly.
- Provide support for remote sites and international partners as needed.
