Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-line IT support to users
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems
- Support day-to-day IT operations and troubleshooting
- Escalate complex issues when required and liaise with external providers
- Maintain accurate IT documentation and records
- Ensure compliance with IT security and data protection policies
Description
We are currently recruiting for an IT Specialist / IT Helpdesk to join our team in Dunstable on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday. We offer a competitive salary of up to £28,500 per annum, depending on experience.
