Requirements
Must:
- Solid background in IT project management with competencies in business analysis and process improvement.
- Project management experience in a structured environment with a good appreciation of Agile and Lean best practices.
- Expertise in business analysis techniques such as as is and to be, and swimlanes.
- Specific project experience with CRM, intranet, research systems, and information systems is welcome.
- Tenacious with excellent communication skills, demonstrating a flexible, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
- Likely to have Agile, PRINCE2, and/or business analysis qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Successfully deliver projects using project management and business analysis expertise.
- Effectively lead project teams in close collaboration with sponsors and senior managers.
- Manage multiple IT-enabled business projects simultaneously.
- Support sponsors in building cases for change and provide analyst skills and expertise as needed.
- Provide testing skills and expertise during project delivery.
- Ensure effective governance and stakeholder management tailored to project needs.
- Influence all parts of the organization for successful project outcomes.
Description
