Responsibilities
- Provide mixed remote and on-site support for a range of IT issues, including desktop, server, and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption for customers.
- Deliver excellent customer service, prioritizing user experience alongside technical resolution.
- Work within an established ticketing system to track and manage issues.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth IT operations and share knowledge.
- Assist with IT projects and rollouts as needed.
