Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate) with complex forms and relational data
- Experience with Microsofts AI tools
- Developing intuitive, user-focused interfaces and interactive dashboards
- Proficiency in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, Entity Framework)
- Experience in environments that follow DevOps principles
- Experience with hosting applications on Azure
- Ability to translate user requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- A degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with using Microsofts AI tools to provide client feedback/recommendations based on big data analysis (desirable)
- Strong working knowledge of DevOps tools to streamline development and operations processes covering the full software development lifecycle (desirable)
- Knowledge of data platforms such as Dataverse, SharePoint and SQL Server (desirable)
- Experience with JavaScript (desirable)
- Experience with D365 (desirable)

Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver robust automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft 365 technologies
- Build new applications to support operational activities and data input
- Create AI-assisted generation of client dashboards and feedback channels
- Develop Azure hosted ASP.NET based SaaS solutions to complement Power Apps solutions
- Translate user requirements into technical solutions effectively
- Collaborate with the CTO and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals
- Continuously improve user interfaces and interactive dashboards to enhance user experience
