Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate) with complex forms and relational data
- Experience with Microsofts AI tools
- Developing intuitive, user-focused interfaces and interactive dashboards
- Proficiency in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, Entity Framework)
- Experience in environments that follow DevOps principles
- Experience with hosting applications on Azure
- Ability to translate user requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- A degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with using Microsofts AI tools to provide client feedback/recommendations based on big data analysis
- Strong working knowledge of DevOps tools to streamline development and operations processes covering the full software development lifecycle
- Knowledge of data platforms such as Dataverse, SharePoint and SQL Server
- Experience with JavaScript
- Experience with D365

Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver robust automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft 365 technologies
- Create new applications to support operational activities and data input using Power Apps and Power BI
- Build AI-assisted generation of client dashboards and feedback channels
- Develop Azure hosted ASP.NET based SaaS solutions as the product and client list grows
- Work closely with the CTO and other stakeholders to align on project goals
- Translate user requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure compliance with DevOps principles in the development process
- Collaborate with team members to refine and improve development practices
Description
We are a start-up business based in Middlesbrough specializing in security services and products. We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000, a discretionary bonus scheme, and generous holiday entitlement of 30 days, plus all UK public holidays. We provide inclusion into our company workplace pension scheme with 3% employee contribution and 6% employer contribution, a private medical health scheme, and a death in service benefit of 4 times your annual salary.
