Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within e-commerce or SaaS environments
- Strong understanding of e-commerce ecosystems and platform-based businesses
- Line management experience with a multi-disciplinary team
- Technical credibility combined with commercial awareness
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to influence senior decision-makers
- Experience in budget and resource planning
- Familiarity with project management and SDLC tools
- Proven track record of delivering projects within scope, time, and risk controls
- Interest in emerging technology trends including AI
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team across project delivery and support
- Set clear objectives and frameworks for BAU and projects
- Personally lead strategic initiatives while overseeing wider project portfolios
- Act as the senior escalation point for platform-related issues
- Drive optimisation of e-commerce platforms in performance, usability, and conversion
- Contribute to scalable platform roadmaps aligned with business growth
- Manage delivery of platform development and oversee supplier relationships
- Provide technical and delivery leadership in client and stakeholder meetings
- Support budget and resource planning within the Senior Leadership Team
- Improve and evolve platform delivery processes and encourage innovation
