Requirements
Must:
- 3rd Line IT Support Engineer experience
- Windows Server 2008/2012/2016
- Microsoft Office 365 (Email, SharePoint, OneDrive, Compliance)
- Azure Active Directory
- Microsoft Intune and Auto Pilot
- Microsoft SharePoint Online
- Exchange 2007/2010/2013/2016 Server
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies
- Multi-Site VPN and connectivity solutions
- Networking & Wi-Fi Infrastructure experience
- Server Virtualisation experience
- Security, 2FA & Firewalling
- Backup/DR troubleshooting & management
- Dell & HP hardware troubleshooting
- Experience working within a Managed Service Desk provider
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills
- Self-motivated
Responsibilities
- Provide 3rd Line IT Support to clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across various platforms
- Liaise with 3rd party suppliers ensuring faults are logged and managed
- Meet service level agreements (SLAs)
- Assist with the management of network and infrastructure systems
- Support security measures including 2FA and firewall configurations
- Manage backup and disaster recovery processes
- Contribute to a collaborative and innovative team environment
- Aid in the training and development of junior staff
