- Experience managing third-party suppliers and development partners
- Interest in emerging technology trends, including AI
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on measurable outcomes
- Budget and resource planning capability
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team encompassing Project Managers, Product Owners, and Systems & Support
- Set clear objectives and delivery frameworks for business-as-usual (BAU) and project work
- Personally oversee strategic initiatives while managing wider project portfolios
- Act as the senior escalation point for platform-related issues
- Own release, incident, and problem management processes
- Drive ongoing optimization of e-commerce platforms regarding performance, usability, and conversion
- Contribute to scalable platform roadmaps aligned with business growth
- Ensure the successful delivery of platform development with a focus on scope, time, and risk controls
- Manage supplier relationships and external development partners
- Provide technical and delivery leadership in client and stakeholder meetings
- Collaborate within the Senior Leadership Team and support budget and resource planning
- Improve and evolve platform delivery processes and encourage innovation, including adopting emerging technologies like AI
