Requirements
Must:
- Experience with Windows Server 2008/2012/2016
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Email, SharePoint, OneDrive, Compliance)
- Knowledge of Azure Active Directory
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and Auto Pilot
- Understanding of Microsoft SharePoint Online
- Experience with Exchange 2007/2010/2013/2016 Server
- Skills in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies
- Experience with Multi-Site VPN and connectivity solutions
- Networking & Wi-Fi Infrastructure experience
- Server Virtualisation experience
- Knowledge of security practices, including 2FA and firewalling
- Experience in backup/DR troubleshooting and management
- Proficient in Dell & HP hardware troubleshooting
- Ability to liaise with 3rd party suppliers ensuring faults are logged, managed, and SLAs are met
- Previous experience working within a Managed Service Desk provider
- Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality
Responsibilities
- Provide 3rd Line IT support to clients and resolve complex issues
- Work collaboratively within a team environment and support innovation
- Troubleshoot and manage issues related to server and networking infrastructure
- Ensure high levels of service and communication with clients and stakeholders
- Liaise with third-party suppliers for fault management
- Maintain and monitor system security protocols
