- LexisNexis Interaction
- BigHand
Responsibilities
As a Senior IT Support Analyst, you will:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support for users across all offices.
- Support hardware including PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Support software including Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, iManage, Intune, SCCM, IntApp, Interaction, Elite 3E, BigHand, Adobe, Oyez Forms, and DocsCorp.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, escalating to 3rd line support or third-party suppliers when required.
- Work with vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues and system changes.
- Monitor and update the IT service desk system, prioritising and resolving incidents and requests effectively.
- Maintain system documentation, procedures, knowledge bases, and user guides.
- Provide administrative support relating to IT systems, processes, and back-end functions.
- Contribute to ongoing IT projects and service delivery improvement initiatives.
Description
Join our friendly and collaborative technical team, where you will work alongside other Senior Support Analysts and the wider IT department. This hybrid role requires you to be in our central London office a minimum of 3 days per week. The team operates core hours through an early/late shift pattern, and participation in a weekly on-call rota is necessary to provide critical out-of-hours IT support (paid as overtime). Flexibility is required for occasional evening and weekend work to support projects and business-as-usual requirements.
