Requirements
Must:
- At least 3 years' experience in applications engineering within legal or professional services.
- Strong knowledge of legal applications and GenAI platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra AD, and Windows Server.
- Familiar with ITIL frameworks and service management tools.
- Excellent communication skills with strong troubleshooting and client service abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and support of legal and AI applications, including iManage Cloud, Intapp, Litera, BigHand, M365 Copilot, and ChatGPT Enterprise.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to identify efficiencies and deliver innovative solutions.
- Evaluate and implement emerging legal tech and AI tools to drive automation and productivity.
- Deliver user training and best practice guidance, contributing to the firm's IT strategy.
- Support finance systems and infrastructure, with occasional out-of-hours support.
