Requirements
Must:
We are looking for someone enthusiastic, curious, and eager to learn. While you don't need to know everything, ideal candidates may bring some of the following:
- Previous customer service experience (not necessarily in IT)
- Any commercial experience on a Service Desk or in Desktop Support is a bonus
- Familiarity with Windows 10 and Office 365 is desirable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of issues
Responsibilities
As a Junior IT Support Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for IT support, delivering high-quality 1st line technical assistance to users across the business. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing 1st line support for all IT-related queries via phone, email, and in person
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues across a range of devices
- Escalating complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary
- Maintaining clear communication with users to ensure a positive support experience
- Documenting incidents and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system
