Requirements
Must:
- Solid understanding of Windows Server and Active Directory environments
- Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- A proactive, methodical, and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work well within a small, close-knit team
Responsibilities
- Deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of server infrastructure across our client base
- Act as escalation point for server-related issues from the 1st and 2nd line support teams
- Diagnose and resolve server issues remotely
- Be involved with server deployments, upgrades, and migrations
- Work with 3rd party software suppliers to support server-related integrations and interactions
- Manage Windows Server Updates
- Provision and configure new server hardware
- Build, maintain, and update server images
- Manage and monitor DFS replication
