Requirements
Must:
- 4+ years experience within the IT industry
- Proficient in PC hardware fault diagnosis and repair
- Competent in Windows 11
- Experience with Office suite
- Knowledge of printer repair
- Understanding of networking principles
- Experience with router and switch diagnosis
- Driving license required (applicants must be over 21 due to insurance restrictions)
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site IT support to customers in the West Hertfordshire area
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Collaborate with team members and assist colleagues during the probation period
- Shadow experienced field engineers to build knowledge
- Communicate effectively with customers in a polite manner
- Support users in a Windows 11 and N365 environment
- Assist the helpdesk in-house as needed during training
