Requirements
Must:
- 4+ Years’ experience within the IT industry
- Competent in PC hardware fault/fix
- Proficient in Windows 11
- Familiarity with Office suite
- Experience in printer repair
- Knowledge of networking principles
- Ability to diagnose routers and switches
- Valid driving license required
- Over 21 years of age due to vehicle insurance restrictions
Responsibilities
- Provide field-based IT support within the Hertfordshire area
- Work with hardware, networking, and various software issues
- Communicate effectively and courteously with customers
- Assist the in-house helpdesk during the probation period
- Shadow experienced field engineers to gain knowledge and skills
- Work independently after completing training
