Requirements
Must:
- 1+ years within the IT industry
- Competence in PC hardware fault/fix
- Proficiency in Windows 11
- Office suite competence
- Experience in printer repair
- Understanding of networking principles
- Valid driving license (required)
- 21 years or older due to vehicle insurance restrictions
Responsibilities
- Provide IT support both on-site and remotely
- Work directly with customers, ensuring good communication and professionalism
- Assist the helpdesk during the probation period for familiarization
- Shadow experienced field engineers to gain practical knowledge
- Resolve hardware, networking, and software issues
- Maintain a positive working relationship with customers and colleagues
