Requirements
Must:
- 1+ years’ experience within the IT industry
- Competence in PC hardware fault diagnosis and repair
- Proficiency in Windows 11
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in printer repair
- Understanding of networking principles
- Valid driving license (required, applicants must be over 21)
- Knowledge of NHS and/or public sector (preferred)
- Experience in remote desktop support (preferred)
- Previous helpdesk support experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site IT support to customers within Hertfordshire
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware, networking, and software issues
- Support users with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office suite
- Repair and troubleshoot printers
- Collaborate with our helpdesk and senior engineers for complex issues
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
- Shadow experienced field engineers to gain hands-on experience
- Maintain a polite and professional demeanor when interacting with customers
