Requirements
Must:
- 1+ years within the industry
- PC hardware fault/fix experience
- Competence in Windows 11
- Competence in Office suite
- Printer repair skills
- Understanding of networking principles
- Driving license (required)
- Age over 21 due to insurance restrictions
Responsibilities
- Provide IT support to customers in the Cambridgeshire area
- Work face-to-face with customers to resolve hardware, networking, and software issues
- Assist the helpdesk in-house during the probation period
- Shadow experienced field engineers to gain knowledge and independence
- Maintain strong communication and polite interaction with clients
