Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience as a Business / Solutions Analyst or Architect
- Hands-on experience with a CRM platform is a bonus
- Experience with integration platforms and system configuration over customization is a must
- Strong understanding of CRM configuration, data migration, and integrations
- Confident communicator with a collaborative working style
- Eligible to work in the UK and within commutable distance from Milton Keynes
Responsibilities
- Partner with the CRM Business Analyst on solution design and validation
- Own technical CRM delivery across projects and operations
- Translate business workflows into CRM configuration
- Produce and review technical design documentation
- Support system integrations, data quality, and automation testing
- Work with internal IT teams, third-party suppliers, and cybersecurity stakeholders
Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Solutions Analyst to act as the technical authority across CRM platforms, collaborating closely with our DevOps Manager and CRM Business Analyst to deliver robust, end-to-end CRM solutions. You will assess, design, and validate technical solutions while managing CRM projects through their full lifecycle. This role supports integrations, data quality, security considerations, and ongoing optimization of the CRM environment, all within a dynamic team located near Milton Keynes.
