Requirements
Must:
- I have 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering.
- I possess strong hands-on skills with Microsoft technologies, particularly Azure and Windows Server.
- I have proven experience with VMware, LAN/WAN networks, and infrastructure security.
- I am familiar with cloud and hybrid environments, including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- I have a strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, DNS, VPN, and backup solutions.
- Infrastructure certifications such as MCSE and VCP are highly desirable.
- I am eligible to work in the UK and am based within a commutable distance to Milton Keynes.
Responsibilities
- I will architect and implement enterprise-scale infrastructure solutions.
- I will manage hybrid environments across Azure, VMware, and on-prem systems.
- I will improve and maintain LAN/WAN, networking, and core security infrastructure.
- I will provide expert-level troubleshooting and performance tuning.
- I will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- I will ensure robust security, disaster recovery, and compliance standards.
