Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner (or similar) in Agile environments
- Strong technical background (software development, architecture, or systems)
- Experience leading or supporting ERP implementations (ideally SAP S/4HANA)
- Confident translating business needs into clear, prioritised technical requirements
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and modern SDLC practices
- Must be able to pass Security Clearance
- (Desirable) Familiarity with SaaS / cloud technologies
- (Desirable) Experience with web applications and modern development stacks
- (Desirable) Knowledge of scripting or programming (e.g. C#, Python, SQL, PowerShell)
Responsibilities
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and in-house/third-party delivery teams
- Own the technical product vision and define prioritised requirements
- Drive the successful delivery of complex technical solutions, including ERP initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication of business needs
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog effectively
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure the team is following Agile methodologies
