- Valid driving license and willingness to travel

Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and support infrastructure for new and existing customer sites.
- Manage Linux (RedHat/CentOS), virtualization (VMware), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Maintain and improve monitoring using Nagios, Grafana, and Prometheus.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and handle customer communications.
- Apply updates, patches, and security controls.
- Collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex issues when required.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.

Description
We are seeking a skilled Linux Systems Administrator to join our Infrastructure Managed Services Team, where you will support our customers across mixed on-prem and cloud environments. You will work with a variety of technologies, including Linux, VMware, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, and modern monitoring tools. The role includes project delivery, infrastructure deployments, performance monitoring, and providing 2nd/3rd-line support in geographically dispersed environments.
