Requirements
Must:
- Proficient 2nd or 3rd line engineer with a desire to build on knowledge in Active Directory (AD), Office 365, Azure, security, WAN, and LAN.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
- Right to work in the UK and willingness to pass a security check.
- Ability to drive and work on-site in Exeter is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for clients to ensure the seamless operation of their IT systems.
- Support users and participate in various IT projects focused on Microsoft and Cloud technologies.
- Handle daily duties related to Active Directory, Office 365, server management, VMware, and security administration.
- Contribute to multiple technical projects and enhance user experience through effective problem resolution.
