Requirements
Must:
We’re looking for a candidate with proven 2nd line support experience. You should possess a strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Intune. A good understanding of Windows 10/11 and basic networking is essential. We value clear communication and teamwork, so a proactive approach is crucial.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will deliver 2nd line support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. You will administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Intune while troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Additionally, you will manage incidents and service requests, and assist with upgrades, patching, and documentation.
