Requirements
Must:
- 5β8 years of commercial development experience.
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong skills in C#, ASP.NET Core/MVC, and SQL.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and a genuine flair for UI/UX.
- Solid grounding in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JSON.
- Awareness of web security principles (OWASP).
- Ability to take ownership, work independently, and collaborate in a close-knit team.
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining web applications with C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, and SQL Server.
- Creating engaging, user-friendly interfaces with JavaScript and modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.).
- Owning the look, feel, and usability of products, ensuring theyβre not just functional but visually sharp.
- Designing and consuming REST APIs to connect services.
- Profiling, debugging, and optimizing for performance and scalability.
- Working with designers and stakeholders to bring ideas to life, from whiteboard sketches to finished features.
Description
We offer a salary range of Β£50,000 β Β£70,000, depending on experience. This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days onsite in Essex. You'll have a direct impact on shaping products with the freedom for creativity in UI/UX. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work across the stack with autonomy and ownership.
