Requirements

Must:
- I require a minimum of 3 years of IT support experience in a multi-client, managed service provider (MSP) environment. - You should have a strong background in desktop support, help desk operations, and infrastructure troubleshooting. - Proficiency in Microsoft 365, cloud services, VPNs, firewalls, Windows OS, and desktop applications is essential. - Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving, are a must. - A Microsoft certification is required. - Desirable qualifications include experience with ConnectWise or similar ticketing systems, familiarity with RMM tools and remote support platforms, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while prioritizing effectively. - Strong documentation and reporting skills are preferred, along with a passion for technology and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

- I will provide 2nd and 3rd line support across client environments, resolving escalated and complex issues. - Taking ownership of user problems, I ensure timely resolution and clear communication throughout the process. - Maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions is a priority for me. - I will log and manage service tickets, ensuring accurate documentation and updates. - Liaising with clients, colleagues, and third-party vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues is part of my role. - Performing regular maintenance of client networks, systems, and services using RMM tools falls under my responsibilities. - I will monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement, ensuring that the IT infrastructure meets client needs and supports business continuity. - Evaluating and implementing technical solutions that enhance client environments is also part of my focus. - I will actively identify opportunities to improve service delivery and introduce technical advancements, staying up to date with emerging technologies and attending relevant training to build my expertise. - Supporting the onboarding of new clients and contributing to smooth service transitions is included in my responsibilities.
