Requirements
Must:
- Seasoned 3rd line engineer with strong Microsoft stack experience
- Comfortable working independently in unfamiliar environments
- Confident with project delivery, stakeholder management, and technical ownership
- Fully mobile, passport-ready, and excited by international work
- Thrives in a dynamic, multi-client MSP setting
Responsibilities
- Own complex escalations across Microsoft cloud and on-prem technologies
- Deliver hands-on project work: migrations, rollouts, infrastructure upgrades, cloud enablement, and security uplift
- Travel frequently to client sites—sometimes at short notice—to provide expert support and technical leadership
- Work closely with architects and service managers to ensure seamless delivery across multiple regions
- Bring stability, clarity, and confidence to clients operating in demanding, high-availability environments
