Requirements
Must:
- Excellent communications (strong written and verbal communication skills)
- Excellent customer service (willing to go the extra mile)
- Interest in learning about current/new/future technologies to help the Company, customers, themselves, and their team
- Ability to take ownership of a task or project to see it through to completion and exceed expectations whenever possible
- Self-motivated and a contributing member of the team
- Flair for problem solving
- Ability to manage/prioritize their own workload to meet customer satisfaction and Service Level Agreements
- Good time management
- Ability to work under pressure
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience working in an IT Support role
- Thorough knowledge of current IT technology, including (but not limited to) Microsoft Desktop PC OS Windows/MacOS, Microsoft Office 365, high-level desktop support skills, and backup technologies (experience with N-Able products is desirable)
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and questions while maintaining an accurate task record in our helpdesk system
- Proactively help resolve support tickets as required
- Participate in infrastructure installation, hardware refresh, and other projects as occasion demands
- Install new equipment and software at customer premises
