We are seeking candidates who possess extensive experience in leading Full Stack Engineering teams, with advanced skills in .NET, Java, or Python. Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks is also essential. A proven track record in mentoring engineers and enhancing delivery quality through structured coaching is important. Strong client-facing skills, along with the ability to advise on strategic technology directions, are necessary. Additionally, experience in delivery leadership within Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, TDD, etc.) and hands-on experience in architecting scalable, secure cloud solutions on AWS and/or Azure is required. A background in consulting or a software house is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
As a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer, you will provide end-to-end technical leadership across high-value, mission-critical digital services within the public sector. This senior role involves taking full accountability for complex solution architectures, steering multi-disciplinary delivery teams, and setting the engineering agenda for large-scale digital transformation programs. You will work within a technology-agnostic environment, leveraging a diverse modern tech stack, including .NET, Java, Python, Node.js, AWS, Azure, and contemporary JavaScript frameworks. Your role will also involve coaching and leading engineers, supporting their long-term development across the organization.
