IT Support Technician

- I require experience with Microsoft Office and Active Directory. - You should have a background in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, including both hardware and software. - Proficiency in installing and testing network infrastructure equipment such as switches, routers, servers, and associated cabling is necessary. - You must be able to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network faults through testing, repair, or liaison with external support. - It's important that you can maintain, service, and clean IT and AV equipment, including computers, projectors, and printers. - You should be capable of installing new systems and cabling as required. - I expect you to provide support to staff and students in the use of IT services and equipment in accordance with school procedures. - You will be the first point of contact for helpdesk inquiries. - Experience in setting up and supporting IT for events such as regular assemblies and school activities, as well as visitor requirements, is also required.
