Must:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role in product, programme, or technology delivery.
- Track record of leading and mentoring managers while overseeing complex, cross-functional projects and portfolios, including transformation initiatives.
- Extensive experience in delivering software products within scope, time, budget, and quality parameters.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including experience in executive-level reporting and influence.
- Sharp analytical thinking with the ability to make structured, data-informed decisions.
- Background in agile methodologies and modern delivery frameworks.
- Strong focus on governance frameworks ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or ISO 27001 standards.
- Prior experience in PMO leadership, transformation, or product portfolio management.

- Collaborate directly with the Executive Management team to align, prioritize, and execute the technology portfolio to a high standard.
- Lead a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team encompassing Product Management, Project Delivery, and Quality Assurance operations.
Description
