Requirements
Must:
- Experience in designing and delivering software training to end-users
- Understanding of the full training cycle, from TNA and design to delivery and evaluation
- Ability to identify skills gaps and training needs
- Confident in training both small and large groups across different functions and seniority levels
- Familiarity with core desktop applications (Microsoft Office 365 suite)
- Knowledge of UK GDPR and Data Protection
- Strong communication skills, adaptable to unexpected challenges
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in IT, Education, or Learning & Development
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality software training
- Conduct comprehensive Software Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- Create engaging and up-to-date training programmes, materials, and documentation
- Provide training sessions using various methods, including in-person, one-to-one coaching, and virtual webinars
- Review and evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback
- Report findings to highlight areas of strength and improvement
- Cover various training topics, including new software and in-house enterprise systems
- Utilize a variety of training materials, including user manuals, video tutorials, and e-learning content
Description
