Requirements
Must:

Responsibilities
- Help customers move from IRIS desktop accountancy software to our cloud solutions, supporting them step-by-step through the process.
- Assist with setting up and preparing customer data so it’s ready for migration.
- Take part in delivering migration projects, working with more experienced consultants to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Provide customers with guidance and training so they feel confident using their new software.
- Support colleagues across Professional Services and Customer Support when needed, gaining exposure to different parts of the business.
- Learn and maintain a good understanding of accountancy processes and how IRIS software supports them.
- Build positive relationships with customers and internal teams, acting as a friendly, reliable point of contact.
Description
We are IRIS Accountancy, and we are currently seeking an Accountancy Software Implementation Associate to join our Professional Services Team at our Heathrow Approach/Slough, UK location. This is a permanent, full-time role that offers a competitive salary plus bonus and benefits. You will play a hands-on role in guiding customers through major transitions to our next-generation cloud solutions. We provide full training and daily support, along with a clear progression path into various roles across the IRIS business that leverage your growing knowledge of our accountancy solutions.
