Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and delivery of digital initiatives across the UK Claims function
- Act as the bridge between Claims and Technology
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes
- Implement best-in-class systems and introduce innovative digital solutions
- Work closely with senior stakeholders across Claims, IT, and other business units
- Develop and execute a clear digital roadmap
- Drive change management and adoption of new digital tools and processes
- Monitor and measure performance of initiatives
