- Well versed in research methods and questioning techniques that avoid bias and promote accessibility
- Ability to thoroughly analyse data collected through research and translate this into tangible user needs and personas
- Confident influencing stakeholders through clear, evidence-based research insights
- Comfortable pushing the boundaries of research to include edge cases and underrepresented user groups
- Active SC clearance required

- Design and improve critical services for the public sector
