- Strong understanding of payroll processes and configurations within Oracle EBS
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in working with remote teams and clients
- Relevant certifications in Oracle EBS or related technologies are a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and enhancement of Oracle EBS Payroll solutions
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of payroll systems
- Provide mentorship to junior consultants and team members
- Maintain documentation for all aspects of the payroll system
- Stay updated with Oracle EBS releases and their implications on payroll
- Participate in client meetings, providing expert insights and recommendations
