Requirements
Must:
- Experience providing support to 3rd Line.
- Strong experience as the 2nd Line support.
- 3 years experience in service desk or IT help desk environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11, AD, Group Policy, Entra ID, Exchange, O365.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of incidents and service requests, keeping users informed.
- Ensure resolutions stay within service level agreements (SLA).
- Work closely with 3rd line teams on deployments, testing, and migrations.
- Help shape ITIL processes.
- Provide expert support for deskside issues.
